The audience thought a goal was coming when Jack Saunders got free with Marta Poom in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, FC Lugano's Yusuf Ziya Cerit got a free kick in the 12th minute. La Para showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelino Lore, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jack Saunders got free with Marta Poom in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 18th minute, Eudoxio Queipo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marta Poom made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Klas Tingelholm sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Imperio Catatumbo de Lara getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Emeterio Somalo hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, FC Lugano's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Dorronsoro came free, but La Para reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marta Poom made an important save on a dangerous shot by Klas Tingelholm in the 35th minute. Yusuf Ziya Cerit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Marta Poom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Klas Tingelholm's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marta Poom firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fred Lara in the 83rd minute of play forced Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's goalkeeper Marta Poom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Edmondo Gulli notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Marta Poom. Marta Poom was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 89th minute, Fermín Gay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Lugano had played much better football throughout.
