The supporters of garbatella booed when Paragüil FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amancio Txeru didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Paragüil FC's Artemio Oliveiro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alessio Di Paolo. That made the score 1-2 after 53 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernesto Garoa got free with Alessio Di Paolo in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paragüil FC's Silvio Hanni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Torelli in the 60th minute of play. Silvio Hanni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Trombetta in the 62nd minute of play. With a little luck, garbatella's Alessio Di Paolo got control of the ball when Gogo Gagriel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luis Fernendo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Paragüil FC's Amancio Txeru getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Alessio Di Paolo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Olo in the 86th minute of play. Gogo Gagriel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Alessio Di Paolo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to garbatella getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Alberigo Della Torre hit a great ball. The Paragüil FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Paragüil FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
