Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when József Sallói took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that József Sallói's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Willy Van Linthout was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joseph Neels made a kick off. Bruly's Luckas Cromefeldt got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bruly made a substitution. Mathias-Alexander Van Halbeeck replaced Joseph Neels. Willy Van Linthout made an important save on a dangerous shot by Károly Selymes in the 63rd minute. Szentgotthárd's Máté Marton got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When József Sallói came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Szentgotthárd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that József Sallói couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute, Szentgotthárd's Károly Selymes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Szentgotthárd played a much better game than Bruly and deserved their victory. The Bruly players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
