An unexpectedly hard shot by Berat Tecer in the 13th minute of play forced Te Moriste en Madrid's goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mark Schwarzer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berat Tecer, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. The audience was convinced that Berat Tecer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mark Schwarzer was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. When Nicasio Rico fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Te Moriste en Madrid's protests and gave Nicasio Rico a yellow card for diving instead. In the 97th minute of the match Te Moriste en Madrid got a corner. Bora18's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pastor Tino ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bora18's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
