The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alvoha FC's Rosendo Eufrasio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petrigai Guau in the 9th minute of play. Göran Bröms came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Alvoha FC's Rodrigo Santos. But to his dismay, Rodrigo Santos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Epifanio Beremundo got free with Göran Bröms in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Radoslaw Zagrodny struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Rosendo Eufrasio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BRUGGE FC. Rosendo Eufrasio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Helder Cadanes in the 27th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filiberto Fernandez got free with Göran Bröms in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alvoha FC's Rosendo Eufrasio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui Avelar in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute Rui Avelar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Eufrasio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A very good chance. Göran Bröms made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Santos in the 41st minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rui Avelar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 51 minutes, Rosendo Eufrasio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Göran Bröms showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. BRUGGE FC's Göran Bröms played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Santos in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Alvoha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filiberto Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute of the match, Mahmut Aurelio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rosendo Eufrasio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
