Tómas Planet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Adan Lartaun made a huge save. Marciano Fagondo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Nataniel in the 10th minute of the match. The supporters of Tricolor booed when Quilmes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Dolcet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adan Lartaun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 叶平卫 in the 12th minute of the match. Adan Lartaun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 叶平卫 in the 13th minute of play. Quilmes's Adan Lartaun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Quilmes from getting a goal against them. Adan Lartaun came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Tricolor's Bernardino Gil. But to his dismay, Bernardino Gil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Arnie Mcquoid hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the match, Quilmes's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Tancredo came free, but Adan Lartaun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tricolor's Marciano Fagondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Dolcet in the 30th minute of play. After having played for 36 minutes, Ismael Dolcet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quilmes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ismael Dolcet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Horacio Francis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Fagondo having to interfere. 43 minutes into the game, Bernardino Gil lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Adan Lartaun. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 叶平卫 made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 50th minute, Bernardino Gil managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tricolor's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardino Gil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adan Lartaun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Quilmes's Adan Lartaun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 叶平卫 in the 52nd minute of play. Adan Lartaun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardino Gil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, Quilmes's goal looked a bit too open when Adem Ünsevin came free, but Adan Lartaun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Quilmes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Dolcet in the 65th minute of play forced Tricolor's goalkeeper Marciano Fagondo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tricolor's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lucas Nataniel was slow to take the kick. During this time Quilmes's players had a chance to rest. Lucas Nataniel made a great header on Quilmes's corner, it was just that Tricolor's Marciano Fagondo managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, Tricolor's Zacarias Lordi got a free kick in the 68th minute. Marciano Fagondo made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Braulio Barrionuevo sent off a good shot on target.
