The corner ended in Lucas Nataniel almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Palermo AFC's Primitivo Jeraldo did a great save. After 14 played minutes Palermo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Domiku. Quilmes's Lucas Nataniel couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 14th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Palermo AFC. Horacio Francis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Primitivo Jeraldo made a huge save. 21 minutes into the match, Palermo AFC's Rodrigo Bautista sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adan Lartaun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jaromir Ziemniak kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. The throw-in from Jaromir Ziemniak in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Palermo AFC's Severo Leheren. Quilmes's Adan Lartaun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qiao Kang Zhen in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Primitivo Jeraldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Dolcet in the 51st minute of play. Quilmes's Lucas Nataniel got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Venancio Sotero got a throw-in 55 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Dionisio Laurendi. After having played for 58 minutes, Rodrigo Bautista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palermo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodrigo Bautista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Primitivo Jeraldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Nataniel in the 61st minute of the match. Dionisio Laurendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Quilmes made a substitution. Saverio Endira replaced Jaromir Ziemniak. In the 74th minute Lucas Nataniel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Jeraldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Rodrigo Bautista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adan Lartaun was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Primitivo Jeraldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Nataniel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jesus Dalmu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute Rodrigo Bautista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adan Lartaun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the game, Saverio Endira threw the ball into play from the sideline. Palermo AFC's Cao Xi Kuan quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 90 minutes into the match, Palermo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Barrionuevo came free, but Primitivo Jeraldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Rodrigo Bautista made a precise shot to the right of Adan Lartaun. Quilmes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Quilmes's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
