Epifanio Beremundo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Mark Schwarzer 8 minutes into the match. 11 minutes into the game, Enrique Menendo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alvoha FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Te Moriste en Madrid the free kick. After a rather tough play, Alvoha FC's Enrique Menendo got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 14th minute, Rodrigo Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rosendo Eufrasio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Dahleb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rosendo Eufrasio came out of the goal and Daniel Dahleb tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 19 minutes into the match, Alvoha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Dahleb came free, but Rosendo Eufrasio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rosendo Eufrasio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Dahleb in the 20th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Epifanio Beremundo got free with Mark Schwarzer in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rd minute, Daniel Dahleb left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Te Moriste en Madrid fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If Daniel Dahleb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rosendo Eufrasio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Dahleb in the 28th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodrigo Santos in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mark Schwarzer saved Te Moriste en Madrid from getting behind. Alvoha FC's Rosendo Eufrasio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Indartsu in the 32nd minute of play. A very good chance. Mark Schwarzer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Daniel Dahleb struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Rosendo Eufrasio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Te Moriste en Madrid. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Te Moriste en Madrid eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
