Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) FairPlay FC's Carlos Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wakil Al Azka in the 2nd minute of play. Faisal Luqman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Monteiro having to make a save. In the 7th minute Yazid Al Tijani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Monteiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Warwick's Wakil Al Azka sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Monteiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 13th minute Marcel Oliveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabri Rashid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Warwick's goalkeeper Sabri Rashid, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 21 minutes, Zé Augusto de Andrade mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FairPlay FC and the Warwick players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FairPlay FC's Zé Augusto de Andrade got a free kick in the 21st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yazid Al Tijani in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Monteiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wakil Al Azka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Monteiro having to interfere. Zé Augusto de Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute of the match Rami Jabbar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carlos Monteiro skillfully saved the ball. Sabri Rashid took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacinto Perez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Yazid Al Tijani sped through FairPlay FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carlos Monteiro. After 38 minutes, Nildo Sabóia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FairPlay FC and the Warwick players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FairPlay FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Nildo Sabóia hit a great ball. In the 39th minute, Yazid Al Tijani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carlos Monteiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 43 minutes into the game, Marcel Oliveira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FairPlay FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Warwick the free kick. A collision led to FairPlay FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Marcel Oliveira hit a great ball. If Yazid Al Tijani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
A hard shot 55 in the game by Yazid Al Tijani from a close distance when the talented Carlos Monteiro managed to make a qualified save. FairPlay FC's players were relieved. Kareem Tawfiq recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carlos Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kareem Tawfiq in the 70th minute of the match. Sabri Rashid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Perez in the 72nd minute of the match. Carlos Monteiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kareem Tawfiq in the 74th minute of play. Kareem Tawfiq fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Monteiro having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Marcel Oliveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Warwick's Wakil Al Azka got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yazid Al Tijani who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Carlos Monteiro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Carlos Monteiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kareem Tawfiq in the 85th minute of play. Sabri Rashid didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacinto Perez went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Warwick's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
