Henrique Prata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yves Passot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christophe Troxler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rowen Doherty in the 6th minute of play. When Grêmio Bulls's Romulo Lehen in 8 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Christophe Troxler guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Yves Passot's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henrique Prata read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Yves Passot had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henrique Prata. Grêmio Bulls's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yves Passot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Henrique Prata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yves Passot in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Montevideo City Torque's Benito Gallegos got a free kick in the 21st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yves Passot in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henrique Prata prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 23rdth minute of the game Yves Passot who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grêmio Bulls's Henrique Prata was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Christophe Troxler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rowen Doherty, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute Sunday Skinas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christophe Troxler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Montevideo City Torque's Christophe Troxler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romulo Lehen in the 30th minute of play. Henrique Prata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yves Passot in the 31st minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Grêmio Bulls's goal looked a bit too open when Yves Passot came free, but Henrique Prata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Grêmio Bulls getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Amauri Lucas hit a great ball. In the 37th minute, Alkestis Papadopulos sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Grêmio Bulls's Henrique Prata didn't even have to move. Henrique Prata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ticho Covarrubias in the 40th minute of the match. Christophe Troxler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romulo Lehen in the 45th minute. Geoff Mullen hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute Alkestis Papadopulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrique Prata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Montevideo City Torque were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Romulo Lehen made a kick off. Christophe Troxler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romulo Lehen in the 52nd minute of play. Christophe Troxler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romulo Lehen, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. If Sunday Skinas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henrique Prata was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Agustín Álvarez. 66 minutes into the match, Grêmio Bulls's goalkeeper Henrique Prata had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agustín Álvarez. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agustín Álvarez got free with Henrique Prata in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Agustín Álvarez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henrique Prata was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. The Montevideo City Torque fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when Montevideo City Torque's Agustín Álvarez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Montevideo City Torque's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
