Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Antônio Carlos Bueno got the match started through his kick off. Patrick Teles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antônio Carlos Bueno, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Murilo Lucas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patrick Teles. Atlético Capixaba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Murilo Lucas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. AF CERRADO's Arlindo Guedes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Acácio Figueiredo in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mete Gol in the 22nd minute of play forced AF CERRADO's goalkeeper Arlindo Guedes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Murilo Lucas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Patrick Teles came out and tried to block the shot, but Murilo Lucas slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 25th minute. In the 28th minute Durvalino Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arlindo Guedes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patrick Teles made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Antônio Carlos Bueno sent off a good shot on target. When AF CERRADO's Antônio Carlos Bueno in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Atlético Capixaba's goalie prevented a goal. After 41 played minutes Murilo Lucas rounded Atlético Capixaba's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-1. Marcos Paulista might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Patrick Teles. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcos Paulista ran back to his position shaking his head. 46 minutes into the game, Antônio Carlos Bueno was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AF CERRADO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atlético Capixaba the free kick.

53 minutes into the match, AF CERRADO's goal looked a bit too open when Durvalino Torres came free, but Arlindo Guedes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Paulista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Patrick Teles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Antônio Carlos Bueno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AF CERRADO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Atlético Capixaba's Fernandinho França was substituted for Acácio Figueiredo. Murilo Lucas hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. AF CERRADO's Felix Smits was substituted for Carlos Alberto Jacinto. In the 68th minute, Murilo Lucas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thiago Damião in the 72nd minute of play forced Atlético Capixaba's goalkeeper Patrick Teles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patrick Teles came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by AF CERRADO's Murilo Lucas. But to his dismay, Murilo Lucas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. AF CERRADO's Antônio Carlos Bueno got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 77 minutes, Pedro Lopez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AF CERRADO and the Atlético Capixaba players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, AF CERRADO's Arlindo Guedes got control of the ball when Leopoldo de Amorim tried to sneak it across the goal line. Murilo Lucas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Patrick Teles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arlindo Guedes was a little too slow when Mete Gol got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 7-2. Atlético Capixaba's Patrick Teles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Contaldi in the 86th minute of play. 89 minutes into the game, Murilo Lucas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-2. Patrick Teles was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 92 minutes into the match, Atlético Capixaba's Aílton Branco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arlindo Guedes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the AF CERRADO players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
