In the 4th minute, Erkut Cenan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 6 minutes into the match, Erkut Cenan notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Tours Football Club's Lech Blochowiak. Lech Blochowiak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tours Football Club were furious when Ulysse Houssais was red carded, 10 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tours Football Club fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 9th minute. Penalty! Lech Blochowiak had in the 11thth minute some difficulties stopping Erkut Cenan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 23rd minute Erkut Cenan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lech Blochowiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lyle Flanagan came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Tours Football Club's Arif Çelebi Ergener. But to his dismay, Arif Çelebi Ergener quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Lech Blochowiak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erkut Cenan, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Romulo Urko made in the 35th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by F.C internazionale's Staffan Karlberg. After having played for 40 minutes, Erkut Cenan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C internazionale's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erkut Cenan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Erkut Cenan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lech Blochowiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erkut Cenan in the 44th minute of play. Tours Football Club's Lech Blochowiak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erkut Cenan in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arif Çelebi Ergener to make the kick off. Lyle Flanagan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arif Çelebi Ergener in the 55th minute of play. Arif Çelebi Ergener's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lyle Flanagan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. In the 68th minute of the match Tours Football Club got a corner. Lech Blochowiak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bedir Serdengeçti in the 70th minute of the match. Lech Blochowiak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bedir Serdengeçti, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Tours Football Club's Lech Blochowiak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Tours Football Club from getting a goal against them. 77 minutes into the match, Tours Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Bedir Serdengeçti came free, but Lech Blochowiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd match minute, F.C internazionale was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witold Kowalski to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bedir Serdengeçti in the 92nd minute of play forced Tours Football Club's goalkeeper Lech Blochowiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lech Blochowiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Okaner Necmi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erkut Cenan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Lech Blochowiak skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Lyle Flanagan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyrille Jenny, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. In the 96th minute, Cyrille Jenny left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tours Football Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1.
