Spectators: 475 (Terracing: 357, Seating: 109, VIP seats: 9) Colombo A.C.'s Aitor Cintron started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lauro Neiva kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Juvenal Zanette made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aitor Cintron in the 8th minute of play. When Colombo A.C.'s Lauro Neiva in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye E.C. Galera's goalie prevented a goal. In the 15th minute, 狄昆傲 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The E.C. Galera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Juvenal Zanette showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aitor Cintron, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. The supporters of E.C. Galera booed when Colombo A.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lauro Neiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. E.C. Galera's Juvenal Zanette played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michal Burufski in the 21st minute of play. Juvenal Zanette came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Colombo A.C.'s Aitor Cintron. But to his dismay, Aitor Cintron quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 狄昆傲 struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Ali Nejat Özertem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for E.C. Galera. Ali Nejat Özertem made an important save on a dangerous shot by Igor Vander in the 28th minute. In the 34th minute, Alfredo Meireles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alan de Queiroz made in the 38th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Aitor Cintron immediately put the ball in play. Michal Burufski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Juvenal Zanette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 狄昆傲 was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Colombo A.C. booed when E.C. Galera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Killian Cruzado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michal Burufski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juvenal Zanette having to interfere. Alfredo Meireles hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Colombo A.C. made a substitution. Ricardinho Dantas replaced Aitor Cintron. A collision led to Colombo A.C. getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Alfredo Meireles hit a great ball. Oséas Camargo hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardinho Dantas in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juvenal Zanette prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oséas Camargo made in the 78th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by E.C. Galera's Bobby Moore. If Ricardinho Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, E.C. Galera's Juvenal Zanette got control of the ball when Ricardinho Dantas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oséas Camargo made in the 84th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by E.C. Galera's Killian Cruzado. If 狄昆傲 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vygantas Vyšniauskas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Nejat Özertem having to interfere. Ali Nejat Özertem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Vander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Colombo A.C.'s supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because E.C. Galera had won, even though Colombo A.C. had held more of the ball.
