Lokon Pøhl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dida Martins made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andy Cole in the 10th minute. In the 14th minute, Balázs Sebes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hoberg United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Egun Pais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cintya Palacios in the 23rd minute of the match. Dida Martins made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Andy Cole sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cintya Palacios in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Egun Pais prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Hoberg United's Dida Martins got control of the ball when Andy Cole tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andy Cole got free with Dida Martins in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 39 minutes Hoberg United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lokon Pøhl who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Floresta Negra FC's corner Lokon Pøhl fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dida Martins quite easily take care of the ball. In the 40th minute, Randy Bastard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Floresta Negra FC's Egun Pais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Balázs Sebes in the 42nd minute of play. In the 46th minute Andy Cole shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Martins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Balázs Sebes made the kick off in the second half. Hoberg United's attentive Claudio-Paul Pirinchev managed to snatch the ball when Gernando Rocha made a throw-in in the 67th minute of the game. Egun Pais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balázs Sebes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute, Jardel Lewandowski made a precise shot to the right of Dida Martins. Hoberg United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Hoberg United's attentive Benny Bus managed to snatch the ball when Gernando Rocha made a throw-in in the 77th minute of the game. Floresta Negra FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lokon Pøhl in the 87th minute. Floresta Negra FC's Hector Bazkoare was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dida Martins in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The Floresta Negra FC fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when Floresta Negra FC's Jardel Lewandowski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 94 minutes into the match, Hoberg United's goal looked a bit too open when Jardel Lewandowski came free, but Dida Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Floresta Negra FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Hoberg United had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
