FURIA MACHALEÑA S.C's Botello Pinto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save FURIA MACHALEÑA S.C from getting a goal against them. Xantalen Titos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Botello Pinto having to make a save. Xantalen Titos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Botello Pinto made a huge save. With a little luck, FURIA MACHALEÑA S.C's Botello Pinto got control of the ball when Xantalen Titos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Botello Pinto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xantalen Titos in the 21st minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xantalen Titos was the one to do the kick off. Duda Veiga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gomez Arizabal in the 51st minute. Duda Veiga was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Gomez Arizabal capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gomez Arizabal really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. FURIA MACHALEÑA S.C's Szczepan Wojtkiewicz was substituted for Gomez Arizabal. FURIA MACHALEÑA S.C's Vitor Fandoz was substituted for Jérémy Sarmiento. Compugraf's Duda Veiga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Compugraf from getting a goal against them. In the 65th minute, Szczepan Wojtkiewicz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Botello Pinto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Compugraf. Botello Pinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chico Freire in the 89th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Compugraf's goalkeeper Duda Veiga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Neycho Sergiev. Neycho Sergiev in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Duda Veiga, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Neither Compugraf or FURIA MACHALEÑA S.C succeeded in finding a winner during the second half. That meant the players faced another 30 minutes of extra-time.

When the match had gone on for 99 minutes, Chico Freire took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Botello Pinto to make any attempt to save it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Compugraf fans cheered their team off the field, for while FURIA MACHALEÑA S.C had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
