Izydor Wolnik was a little too slow when Chesney Summers got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 2-1. 47 minutes into the match, MS Rybnik's goal looked a bit too open when Agostinho Negri came free, but Izydor Wolnik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell José Augusto Rosa to make the kick off. Izydor Wolnik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chesney Summers in the 51st minute of play. After some careless play in the MS Rybnik defense, Chesney Summers kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Izydor Wolnik. The MS Rybnik fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Izydor Wolnik should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers José Augusto Rosa in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raimo Ülend saved Korona Kielce from getting behind. Agostinho Negri might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Izydor Wolnik. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Agostinho Negri ran back to his position shaking his head. MS Rybnik made a substitution. Roman Kicia replaced Timur Orkutay. Korona Kielce's Alex Macedo was substituted for Agostinho Negri. MS Rybnik's 许银珂 managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Niculae Biriș in the 67 minute of the game. In the 70th match minute, Korona Kielce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niculae Biriș to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute of the match MS Rybnik got a corner. Korona Kielce's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cyprian Orling ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cristiano Batistas short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Raimo Ülend to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Izydor Wolnik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivar Lilleeng in the 81st minute of the match.
