After some careless play in the Jacksonville 67 defense, Rogério Vidal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rogelio Hanni. The Jacksonville 67 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rogelio Hanni should have stopped the shot. King Batistuta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40thth minute of the game King Batistuta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vitória StrikerS™'s Rosendo Oinatz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Rogério Vidal dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rogelio Hanni, 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rogério Vidal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Jacksonville 67's King Batistuta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rosendo Oinatz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. King Batistuta's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rosendo Oinatz firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 60th minute King Batistuta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Oinatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Steven van Gessel hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Erlingur Haaland managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vitória StrikerS™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Erlingur Haaland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rogelio Hanni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vitória StrikerS™ made a substitution. João Boaventura replaced Fábio Gouveia. If Avery Novak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rosendo Oinatz made an important save on a dangerous shot by King Batistuta in the 75th minute. Rosendo Oinatz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven Horring in the 76th minute of the match.
