A beautiful save bye Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalie prevented a goal. Jens-Ove Malm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Eloy Mazuste tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amauri Félix was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Christian Bergqvist showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 13 minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Sinan Okergun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amauri Félix. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sinan Okergun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Eloy Mazuste came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Jens-Ove Malm. But to his dismay, Jens-Ove Malm quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 28 minutes into the match, Tigres Ñacuñán FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jens-Ove Malm came free, but Eloy Mazuste reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andres Pitin succeeded in the game's 29th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-2. Jens-Ove Malm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Eloy Mazuste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Ove Malm in the 36th minute of play. Thiago Neves was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 40th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 44th minute, Andres Pitin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tigres Ñacuñán FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christian Bergqvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcos Siqueira in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eloy Mazuste saved Tigres Ñacuñán FC from getting behind. Amauri Félix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sinan Okergun in the 67th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Marcos Siqueira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 72 played minutes Rio Verde F.C CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Murilo Brito. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ made a substitution. Ixona Mascarañas replaced Mitchel Bakker. The supporters of Tigres Ñacuñán FC booed when Rio Verde F.C CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Murilo Brito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christian Bergqvist in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amauri Félix prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jens-Ove Malm's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eloy Mazuste read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Tolgahan Onatkan got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Daníel Pálmason got a free kick in the 87th minute. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after Tigres Ñacuñán FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Israel Vidal took the corner. 93 minutes into the match, Tigres Ñacuñán FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tolgahan Onatkan came free, but Eloy Mazuste reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eloy Mazuste made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Marcos Siqueira sent off a good shot on target.
