After some careless play in the Errecaborda AFC defense, Turgut Soyuer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edmond Verdun. The Errecaborda AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edmond Verdun should have stopped the shot. In the 11th minute, Turgut Soyuer made a precise shot to the right of Edmond Verdun. Errecaborda AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 13 minutes into the match, PREZULO FC's goalkeeper Isaac Ferreira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidro Gines. Turgut Soyuer might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edmond Verdun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Turgut Soyuer ran back to his position shaking his head. Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 16th minute of play. Edmond Verdun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Turgut Soyuer's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. When PREZULO FC's Turgut Soyuer in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 21st minute, Turgut Soyuer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 32nd minute of play forced Errecaborda AFC's goalkeeper Edmond Verdun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute of the match, Prospero Jerardo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Isaac Ferreira saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Isaac Ferreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prospero Jerardo in the 34th minute of play. Turgut Soyuer took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edmond Verdun. After 37 played minutes PREZULO FC got a freekick which was hit by Albano Jaunzuria. Isaac Ferreira made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Pastor Ado sent off a good shot on target. Saulão Chettle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Edmond Verdun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. PREZULO FC's Turgut Soyuer got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half PREZULO FC were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Turgut Soyuer to strike the kick off in the second half. If Turgut Soyuer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmond Verdun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Turgut Soyuer, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 67thth minute of the game Mari Balotelli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mari Balotelli who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Edmond Verdun when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by Errecaborda AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner.
