With a little luck, Jenipapo SC's David Seaman got control of the ball when Leonardo Trancoso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jenipapo SC's David Seaman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hílton Souza in the 6th minute of play. David Seaman made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Leonardo Trancoso sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Jenipapo SC's zone, Martin Mutumba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Seaman came out of the goal and Martin Mutumba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 10thth minute of the game Vinicio Junior who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 12th minute Aníbal Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonardo Trancoso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but David Seaman made a huge save. 16 minutes into the match, Jenipapo SC's goalkeeper David Seaman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonardo Trancoso. Martin Mutumba showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aníbal Alagoano in the 45th minute of play.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aníbal Alagoano made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Aníbal Alagoano took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Marcus Ekrot to make any attempt to save it. 57 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Marcus Ekrot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aníbal Alagoano. If Jose Indalecio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
