Ervin Alla made in the 22nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Aquiles Cordero. The supporters of Consejo del Mate booed when PREZULO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saulão Chettle didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ervin Alla fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Consejo del Mate's protests and gave Ervin Alla a yellow card for diving instead. Turgut Soyuer might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hugo Orlando Gatti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Turgut Soyuer ran back to his position shaking his head. 31 minutes into the match, Consejo del Mate's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Turgut Soyuer. A collision led to Consejo del Mate getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Julio Kemen hit a great ball. PREZULO FC's Ronny Åman was substituted for Rob Lute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Turgut Soyuer got free with Hugo Orlando Gatti in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bolo Bolaño made a kick off. Isaac Ferreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Kemen in the 55th minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, Pepep Epe threw the ball into play from the sideline. But to his dismay, Turgut Soyuer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Saulão Chettle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. PREZULO FC made a substitution. Mari Balotelli replaced Turgut Soyuer. PREZULO FC's Betão de Brito was substituted for Ronny Åman. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mari Balotelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Mari Balotelli notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Consejo del Mate's Hugo Orlando Gatti. Hugo Orlando Gatti was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by PREZULO FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Consejo del Mate's Hugo Orlando Gatti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mari Balotelli in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes had been played when some careless play by Consejo del Mate's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Shi Xi Zhen was slow to take the kick. During this time PREZULO FC's players had a chance to rest. Consejo del Mate's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
