Wieslaw Panasewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Gonza in the 8th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bartolo Paublo in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wieslaw Panasewicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Damian Prejun kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Gimnasia y tiro's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Paublo came free, but Wieslaw Panasewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gimnasia y tiro's Dong Jian Yang got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sutura's Rolando Sanchez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dong Jian Yang in the 27th minute of play. Gimnasia y tiro's Dong Jian Yang quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Claudio Paris, made in the 29th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Gonza in the 35th minute of play forced Gimnasia y tiro's goalkeeper Wieslaw Panasewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute of the match Sutura got a corner. Gimnasia y tiro's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fu Zheng Ke ran over to the corner to take the kick. Dong Jian Yang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gimnasia y tiro's Reynaldo Montrelle was substituted for Dong Jian Yang. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bartolo Paublo to make the kick off. Reynaldo Montrelle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd match minute, Sutura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustin Elorri to maneuver through the defense. Bartolo Paublo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Wieslaw Panasewicz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gimnasia y tiro's Wieslaw Panasewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolo Paublo in the 77th minute of play. The Gimnasia y tiro fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Gimnasia y tiro's Reynaldo Montrelle looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 84 minutes into the game, Gimnasia y tiro's Reynaldo Montrelle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Sanchez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Endre Szentes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abel Gonza got free with Wieslaw Panasewicz in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gimnasia y tiro were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sutura for a fine match.
