In the 9th minute, Reynaldo Montrelle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eevald Kadarpik was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Gimnasia y tiro's Reynaldo Montrelle in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Beltrán City FC's goalie prevented a goal. The throw-in from Domingos Locaio in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Gimnasia y tiro's Ariel Valiente. Beltrán City FC's Eevald Kadarpik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Montrelle in the 22nd minute of play. Esben Nordborg made a great header on Gimnasia y tiro's corner, it was just that Beltrán City FC's Eevald Kadarpik managed to reach the ball for a save. 25 minutes into the game, Faustino Orixe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Beltrán City FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gimnasia y tiro the free kick. Faustino Orixe hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. 28 minutes into the game, Gimnasia y tiro's Reynaldo Montrelle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eevald Kadarpik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Eevald Kadarpik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Montrelle in the 33rd minute of the match. Gimnasia y tiro were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Beltrán City FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Esben Nordborg took the corner. A well done corner resulted in Jonatan Euloxu drilling the ball in to score 0-4 behind Beltrán City FC's goalkeeper. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reynaldo Montrelle in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eevald Kadarpik saved Beltrán City FC from getting behind. A throw-in in the 39th minute of the game was made by Domingos Locaio with Aquiles Gerazan as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Eevald Kadarpik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Montrelle, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Beltrán City FC's Eevald Kadarpik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Montrelle in the 41st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Beltrán City FC's zone, Reynaldo Montrelle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eevald Kadarpik came out of the goal and Reynaldo Montrelle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Reynaldo Montrelle was the one to do the kick off. Gimnasia y tiro's Esben Nordborg managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Domingos Locaio in the 53 minute of the game. Eevald Kadarpik was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Reynaldo Montrelle showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 53 minute of play. Reynaldo Montrelle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gimnasia y tiro's attentive Ariel Valiente managed to snatch the ball when Domingos Locaio made a throw-in in the 61st minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Domingos Locaio in the 64th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Gimnasia y tiro's Ariel Valiente. Domingos Locaio made in the 65th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Faustino Orixe. Esben Nordborg struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Eevald Kadarpik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gimnasia y tiro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Montrelle in the 74th minute of play forced Beltrán City FC's goalkeeper Eevald Kadarpik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the game, Domingos Locaio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
