Rene Llorian was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tabby Rua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Llorian having to interfere. In the 26thth minute of the game Leo Ortzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GARIBALDI FC's Rene Llorian was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Brasil off's Dominick Van den Bossche managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alberto Stanislao in the 27 minute of the game. 30 minutes into the match, Leo Ortzi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rene Llorian. GARIBALDI FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leo Ortzi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. If Leo Ortzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rene Llorian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Ortzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind GARIBALDI FC's goalkeeper Rene Llorian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rene Llorian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Ortzi in the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Leo Ortzi made the kick off in the second half. Leo Ortzi might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rene Llorian. Rene Llorian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Ortzi in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, Brasil off's Leo Ortzi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rene Llorian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Leo Ortzi might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rene Llorian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leo Ortzi ran back to his position shaking his head. GARIBALDI FC's Rene Llorian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Ortzi in the 69th minute of play. Leo Ortzi might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rene Llorian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. With his leg Rene Llorian managed to avoid a goal in the 91stth minute, when Brasil off's Leo Ortzi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Brasil off's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
