Leandro Virila ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 6th match minute, Los Materos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eleuterio Rufio to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute Tincho Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walmir Catarinense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Loco De Remate's Roberto Mouzo got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute, Mariano Ugaitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Loco De Remate's Walmir Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tincho Palermo in the 17th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Los Materos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Aires came free, but Lazaros Kabantais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Oier Lopez de Toro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Loco De Remate's Walmir Catarinense did a great save. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
