In the 8th match minute, Yalapa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tarmo Helm to maneuver through the defense. Joaquin Austin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Basri İhtiyar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Despite this Basri İhtiyar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Joaquin Austin in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Basri İhtiyar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Fermin Dolfo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joaquin Austin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Basri İhtiyar made a huge save. After 24 minutes Yalapa's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Donato Tolino who took care of the corner kick. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Joaquin Austin took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Basri İhtiyar to make any attempt to save it. Joaquin Austin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute Fermin Dolfo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Mancaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fermin Dolfo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Clemente Mancaş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Basri İhtiyar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joaquin Austin in the 39th minute. Yalapa's Juan Edwardo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Iustin Zmărăndescu in the 41 minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joaquin Austin to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Yalapa booed when Atletic Elooo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paşa Ergener didn't get a good kick on the ball. Clemente Mancaş acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 53rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Olaf Gall. Basri İhtiyar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Atletic Elooo made a substitution. Guybrush Threepwood replaced Paşa Ergener. Yalapa made a substitution. Eustaquio Ramond replaced Cristo Izel. Yalapa's Samuel Tome was substituted for Faustino Dimo. In the 75th minute Leonardo Nogueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Mancaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 77 minutes into the game, when Emmanuel Anieva put in a rough tackle. A collision led to Atletic Elooo getting a freekick after 78 minutes play.
