Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Pedro Dracena in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elpidio Vitin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Vélez Juniors booed when Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Blas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicolas Roland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Gustaw Nowak made a huge save.
