When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Sávio Campos took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Kornelius Lynbek to make any attempt to save it. 30 minutes into the match, Florestal Futebol Clube's Enéas Vargas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kornelius Lynbek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Randers A.F.C. booed when Florestal Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Salles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Umberto Cosme didn't get a good kick on the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Randers A.F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Enéas Vargas came free, but Kornelius Lynbek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute, André Duvantier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Randers A.F.C. defense, Sávio Campos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kornelius Lynbek. The Randers A.F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kornelius Lynbek should have stopped the shot. Denílson Coutinho made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Andre Baagland sent off a good shot on target. 77 minutes into the match, Randers A.F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Sávio Campos came free, but Kornelius Lynbek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kornelius Lynbek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sávio Campos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andre Baagland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Denílson Coutinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florestal Futebol Clube made a substitution. Gildo Mandrak replaced Enéas Vargas. In the 87th minute, Rafinha Cabral made a precise shot to the right of Kornelius Lynbek. Randers A.F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After a rather tough play, Randers A.F.C.'s Mauritz Bredlund got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Kornelius Lynbek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sávio Campos in the 94th minute of the match. When Kristofer Mark fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Randers A.F.C.'s protests and gave Kristofer Mark a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 96 minutes, Rafinha Cabral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Florestal Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafinha Cabral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

For all the effort they put into the match, the Randers A.F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Florestal Futebol Clube.
