After 2 played minutes MAFFIAN got a freekick which was hit by Greger Broberg. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kent Helsgaard in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aron Dahlbom prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Harald Lundsgaardvig managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skellerup FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Harald Lundsgaardvig was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aron Dahlbom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 13th minute, Kristoffer Nyberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Harry Bergø's late challenge caught a MAFFIAN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Harry Bergø helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Skellerup FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Harry Bergø hit a great ball. After having played for 26 minutes, Gunde Svan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MAFFIAN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gunde Svan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. MAFFIAN's Aron Dahlbom proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save MAFFIAN from getting a goal against them. Ejvin Møllekær showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Vallin, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Thomas Wassberg made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Alex Vallin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunde Svan in the 54th minute of play forced Skellerup FC's goalkeeper Ejvin Møllekær to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, MAFFIAN's Greger Broberg got a free kick in the 58th minute. MAFFIAN's Mark Widberg was substituted for George Svensson. The supporters of Skellerup FC booed when MAFFIAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Greger Broberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Harald Lundsgaardvig, 60 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Aron Dahlbom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jørgen Ebler in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of MAFFIAN booed when Skellerup FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerhart Riising didn't get a good kick on the ball. MAFFIAN's Torgny Mogren was substituted for Thomas Wassberg. After 79 played minutes Skellerup FC got a freekick which was hit by Gerhart Riising. In the 82nd minute MAFFIAN were awarded a corner. Gunde Svan went to the cornerflag to take it. Kent Helsgaard hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Torgny Mogren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ejvin Møllekær having to make a save. In the 96th match minute, Skellerup FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Bergø to maneuver through the defense. MAFFIAN's Gunde Svan couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 96th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Skellerup FC. Neither Skellerup FC or MAFFIAN succeeded in finding a winner during the second half. That meant the players faced another 30 minutes of extra-time.

Aron Dahlbom made a fantastic save in the 102nd minute, when Josef Belhøj sent off a good shot on target. Ejvin Møllekær took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torgny Mogren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ejvin Møllekær showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torgny Mogren in the 105th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 111 minutes, Aron Dahlbom successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Kent Helsgaard kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aron Dahlbom. That made the score 1-0 in the 113 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Skellerup FC had won after a very even match.
