Spectators: 470 (Terracing: 353, Seating: 108, VIP seats: 9) FC Cosula-BTF-'s Filip Hosu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Russówek getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Andrzej Solibieda hit a great ball. Irinel Irimescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barnaba Zachemski in the 8th minute of play forced FC Cosula-BTF-'s goalkeeper Ovidiu Marin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dacian Jurăscu in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zenon Pazura saved Russówek from getting behind. Dacian Jurăscu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dacian Jurăscu in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zenon Pazura prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 20th minute Barnaba Zachemski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Marin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute, Ciprian Gaiță hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Russówek booed when FC Cosula-BTF- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filip Hosu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barnaba Zachemski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Ovidiu Marin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dacian Jurăscu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Zenon Pazura made a huge save. Zenon Pazura stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dacian Jurăscu's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Zenon Pazura made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Filip Hosu sent off a good shot on target. In the 40th match minute, FC Cosula-BTF- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciprian Gaiță to maneuver through the defense. Zenon Pazura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dacian Jurăscu in the 43rd minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Barnaba Zachemski to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, FC Cosula-BTF-'s Filip Hosu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zenon Pazura made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dacian Jurăscu in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zenon Pazura saved Russówek from getting behind. Dacian Jurăscu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 60th minute Dacian Jurăscu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenon Pazura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerzy Pliszka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidiu Marin having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Russówek's Ovidiu Marin threw himself towards the right post 66 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Barnaba Zachemski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Dacian Jurăscu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zenon Pazura read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. After some careless play in the Russówek defense, Dacian Jurăscu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zenon Pazura. The Russówek fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zenon Pazura should have stopped the shot. Zenon Pazura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dacian Jurăscu, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Jerzy Pliszka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Ovidiu Marin made a huge save. 82 minutes into the game, Dacian Jurăscu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Zenon Pazura was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. FC Cosula-BTF-'s Octav Buta was substituted for Aurel Lăceanu. Zenon Pazura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dacian Jurăscu in the 90th minute of play. Filip Hosu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zenon Pazura having to interfere. 94 minutes into the game, one of Russówek:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.

FC Cosula-BTF-'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
