The referee felt a red card was in order, 11 minutes into the game, when Villiam Lägdin put in a rough tackle. In the 11th minute, one of JKs Talanger:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for JKs Talanger. 18 minutes into the match, JKs Talanger's goal looked a bit too open when Yoyo Beccari came free, but Malcolm Kruuse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 1947 FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Ragnar Fribäck scored to the left of an out of position Mauro Beccari, making the score, 2-0. Mauro Beccari made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ragnar Fribäck in the 23rd minute. Malcolm Kruuse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Ur in the 27th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Guaberto Polentzi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 1947 FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Mauro Beccari made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Arne Björklund sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of JKs Talanger booed when 1947 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damián Akerman didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yoyo Beccari was the one to do the kick off. Mauro Beccari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ragnar Fribäck in the 53rd minute of play. Ragnar Fribäck struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Mauro Beccari didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JKs Talanger. Mauro Beccari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niklas Bagge, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After 82 minutes, Simon Ur mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 1947 FC and the JKs Talanger players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 82nd minute, Simon Ur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mauro Beccari came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by JKs Talanger's Arne Björklund. But to his dismay, Arne Björklund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Malcolm Kruuse was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zeledon Hug showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 89 minute of play. Arne Björklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Beccari having to interfere.

When the referee ended the match the JKs Talanger players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
