Talha Mertkal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wieslaw Kalak in the 7th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Brokopondo defense, Marek Bergkamp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mauro Esteves. The Brokopondo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mauro Esteves should have stopped the shot. Kolonia Radlin's David Brás quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Lech Felenak, made in the 14th minute of the game. Brokopondo's Mauro Esteves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Brokopondo from getting a goal against them. Talha Mertkal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Bejrut in the 20th minute of play. A collision led to Kolonia Radlin getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. After 31 minutes of play, Brokopondo's Stefan Bejrut made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Talha Mertkal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marek Bergkamp came free with the goalkeeper in the 34th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mauro Esteves could save by the left post. Kolonia Radlin's Talha Mertkal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Bejrut in the 35th minute of play. Kolonia Radlin's David Brás managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lech Felenak in the 43 minute of the game. 43 minutes into the match, Brokopondo's goalkeeper Mauro Esteves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marek Bergkamp. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Brokopondo's Che Guevara was substituted for Kazimierz Falkowski. The wind increased when Marek Bergkamp made the kick off in the second half. Talha Mertkal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stefan Bejrut in the 53rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marek Bergkamp in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mauro Esteves saved Brokopondo from getting behind. 62 minutes into the match, Kolonia Radlin's goal looked a bit too open when Che Guevara came free, but Talha Mertkal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute, Marek Bergkamp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mauro Esteves was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 96th minute, Kolonia Radlin's Remzi Gaza seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Remzi Gaza the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Kolonia Radlin protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Remzi Gaza had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kolonia Radlin fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 95th minute. Penalty!

The Kolonia Radlin support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
