Northland Vikings's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Romando Futebol Clube the free kick. Romando Futebol Clube's Rubén-Osvaldo Cousillas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Åke Hylander in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdomiro de Godoi in the 22nd minute of play forced Northland Vikings's goalkeeper Andreas Falk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Romando Futebol Clube were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

52 minutes into the game, Otto Forss threw the ball into play from the sideline. Romando Futebol Clube's Lino Valle quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Valdomiro de Godoi might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andreas Falk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valdomiro de Godoi ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Northland Vikings's Andreas Falk got control of the ball when Valdomiro de Godoi tried to sneak it across the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, André Sundström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Andreas Falk, 0-6. Romando Futebol Clube made a substitution. Niva Bellido replaced Valdomiro de Godoi. Northland Vikings's Andreas Falk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Northland Vikings from getting a goal against them. Rickard Vestlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A throw-in in the 80th minute of the game was made by Otto Forss with Rickard Vestlund as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Northland Vikings's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Niva Bellido scored to the left of an out of position Andreas Falk, making the score, 0-10. Andreas Falk was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Niva Bellido showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-11 in the 85 minute of play. Niva Bellido received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Andreas Falk came out and tried to block the shot, but Niva Bellido slotted it home off the left post making it 0-12 in the 89th minute. If André Sundström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Romando Futebol Clube's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
