In the 3rd minute, Natalio Dominguez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sheriff fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 5th minute, Clayton Gol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Clayton Gol took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Constantin-Maximilian Schwarzenegger. Constantin-Maximilian Schwarzenegger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Yahia van der Saar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dedê Neiva in the 13th minute of play. A hard shot 13 in the game by Dorival Alvarenga from a close distance when the talented Yahia van der Saar managed to make a qualified save. Sheriff's players were relieved. Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's Constantin-Maximilian Schwarzenegger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Xacintu in the 15th minute of play. Constantin-Maximilian Schwarzenegger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clayton Gol in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Clayton Gol made a precise shot to the right of Constantin-Maximilian Schwarzenegger. Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Constantin-Maximilian Schwarzenegger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clayton Gol in the 24th minute of play. Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's Constantin-Maximilian Schwarzenegger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clayton Gol in the 26th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Clayton Gol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Constantin-Maximilian Schwarzenegger. Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clayton Gol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. In the 30th minute Clayton Gol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantin-Maximilian Schwarzenegger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Sheriff fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Sheriff's Clayton Gol looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 43rd minute, Natalio Dominguez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sheriff fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-8 lead.

In the 50th match minute, Sheriff was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristiano Cordone to maneuver through the defense. Constantin-Maximilian Schwarzenegger was a little too slow when Damaso Xacintu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-9. Constantin-Maximilian Schwarzenegger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Clayton Gol went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. Sheriff made a substitution. Akakios Trachanas replaced Dagan Pavlovic. Clayton Gol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 69 minutes into the match, Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's goal looked a bit too open when Damaso Xacintu came free, but Constantin-Maximilian Schwarzenegger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sheriff's Yahia van der Saar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dedê Neiva in the 72nd minute of play. Constantin-Maximilian Schwarzenegger was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Damaso Xacintu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Damaso Xacintu really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. Constantin-Maximilian Schwarzenegger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clayton Gol in the 81st minute of play. Constantin-Maximilian Schwarzenegger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clayton Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clayton Gol in the 87th minute of play forced Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's goalkeeper Constantin-Maximilian Schwarzenegger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Sheriff booed when Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nilmar Brodel didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the match was over Sheriff could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF throughout the match.
