With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafael Nisio in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nestor Cortez saved Lobos de Carelia from getting behind. 23 minutes into the match, Pendex's Rafael Nisio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nestor Cortez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Nisio in the 24th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafael Nisio got free with Nestor Cortez in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ruperto Nayely showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prospero Perico in the 46th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafael Nisio to make the kick off. Rafael Nisio took the ball and in the 50 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nestor Cortez. Nestor Cortez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 54 minutes into the game, Pendex's Rafael Nisio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nestor Cortez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Nestor Cortez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafael Nisio went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Prospero Perico in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ruperto Nayely, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Pendex made a substitution. Saul Bembe replaced Rafael Nisio. Pendex's attentive You Ting managed to snatch the ball when Horacio Oliverios made a throw-in in the 67th minute of the game. In the 72nd minute, Ambrosio Silbestre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 74 played minutes Pendex got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Silbestre. Lobos de Carelia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Prospero Perico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nestor Cortez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ambrosio Silbestre in the 88th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Lobos de Carelia's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Antonio came free, but Nestor Cortez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruperto Nayely took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristobal Lia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Pendex's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
