Sokol Narev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrej Ďuriš in the 11th minute of the match. Ludwig Apelqvist made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Victor Blom sent off a good shot on target. Sokol Narev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomáš Michal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, FC FERNET BOYS's Ludwig Apelqvist got control of the ball when Victor Blom tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC FERNET BOYS's Ľubomír Šišmiš got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind FC FERNET BOYS's goalkeeper Ludwig Apelqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
Victor Blom's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ludwig Apelqvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC FERNET BOYS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Laércio Coutinho was slow to take the kick. During this time Sunkens Surtröjor's players had a chance to rest. In the 60th minute Frans Alström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludwig Apelqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the FC FERNET BOYS defense, Victor Blom kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ludwig Apelqvist. The FC FERNET BOYS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ludwig Apelqvist should have stopped the shot. Ludwig Apelqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Blom in the 65th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Victor Blom made a precise shot to the right of Ludwig Apelqvist. FC FERNET BOYS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Andrej Ďuriš showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. Ludwig Apelqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Galle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evelio Loi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ludwig Apelqvist. FC FERNET BOYS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Sunkens Surtröjor booed when FC FERNET BOYS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tibor Ligocký didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC FERNET BOYS's Matej Malíšek was substituted for Ľubomír Šišmiš. FC FERNET BOYS's Ivan Erdődy was substituted for Andrej Ďuriš. In the 96th minute, Tibor Ligocký hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
The Sunkens Surtröjor players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
