The audience thought a goal was coming when Thor Lindström got free with Jonathan Palmquist in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaakko Ramstadius in the 17th minute of play forced Anabolic Boys's goalkeeper Joakim Hökkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Thor Lindström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Palmquist. That made the score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Jaakko Ramstadius was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Granate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anabolic Boys the free kick. Anabolic Boys's Joakim Hökkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christos Triantafyllou in the 32nd minute of play. Christos Triantafyllou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 38th minute, Thor Lindström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Anabolic Boys fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 42 minutes into the match, Granate's goal looked a bit too open when Thor Lindström came free, but Jonathan Palmquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Granate's Jonathan Palmquist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Granate from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Granate getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Sebastian Dominic hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Thor Lindström in the 51st minute of play forced Granate's goalkeeper Jonathan Palmquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd minute Thor Lindström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Palmquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Palmquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thor Lindström in the 68th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Granate's goal looked a bit too open when Thor Lindström came free, but Jonathan Palmquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute of the match Granate got a corner. Anabolic Boys's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Usko Ruuttu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Granate's Usko Ruuttu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Joakim Hökkvist in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The supporters of Anabolic Boys booed when Granate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Usko Ruuttu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joakim Hökkvist stood somewhat misplaced when Jaakko Ramstadius came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 80 minute. Enzo Hermon kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Thor Lindström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chi-Chi Chi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Palmquist having to interfere. Joakim Hökkvist made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Usko Ruuttu sent off a good shot on target. Christos Triantafyllou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Joakim Hökkvist made a huge save.

The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Anabolic Boys had won after a very even match.
