In the 36th minute Ove Salkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Buccella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaac Jonasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinho Toledo in the 39th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Olle Björn in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by H4K.BR's Claudinho Toledo. Ove Salkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Antonio Buccella made a huge save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

If Xiao Zhen Yun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. BK Gubbhöft made a substitution. Hans-Georg Luabunnum replaced Ove Salkvist. BK Gubbhöft's Agne Billing was substituted for Quintin Gomar. After a rather tough play, H4K.BR's Xiao Zhen Yun got a free kick in the 65th minute. Isaac Jonasson was a little too slow when Ahmet Ali Yücesan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans-Georg Luabunnum in the 73rd minute of play forced H4K.BR's goalkeeper Antonio Buccella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. H4K.BR's João Vítor da Costa was substituted for Orbay Kiner. The corner ended in Ciro Incendio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but H4K.BR's Antonio Buccella did a great save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nivaldo Costa during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 78th match minute, H4K.BR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nivaldo Costa to maneuver through the defense. When Hans-Georg Luabunnum came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the BK Gubbhöft fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hans-Georg Luabunnum couldn't finish the play. Xiao Zhen Yun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Isaac Jonasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Travassos in the 95th minute of play.
