Spectators: 572 (Terracing: 430, Seating: 131, VIP seats: 11) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rafal Jakubiak started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes in the game Shi Sheng Ying did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Firme Verga. Leszek Wielopolski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enrique Cassaretto in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Rafal Jakubiak notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of CD Municipal's George Forsyth. George Forsyth was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Enrique Cassaretto took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Leszek Wielopolski to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in Chelsea Football Club's zone, Enrique Cassaretto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leszek Wielopolski came out of the goal and Enrique Cassaretto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robert Rojas made in the 24th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by CD Municipal's Evtim Kúrdzhev. 25 minutes into the game, CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leszek Wielopolski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The supporters of CD Municipal booed when Chelsea Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shi Sheng Ying didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leszek Wielopolski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enrique Cassaretto in the 39th minute. After taking down the ball on CD Municipal's corner Aureliano Buendia fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Leszek Wielopolski quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Firme Verga in the 43rd minute of play forced CD Municipal's goalkeeper George Forsyth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Rojas hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Evtim Kúrdzhev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enrique Cassaretto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Enrique Cassaretto scored 3-1 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leszek Wielopolski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leszek Wielopolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Cassaretto, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Blas Guzman in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck George Forsyth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leszek Wielopolski came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto. But to his dismay, Enrique Cassaretto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Blas Guzman took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised George Forsyth. George Forsyth dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. After some careless play in the Chelsea Football Club defense, Enrique Cassaretto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leszek Wielopolski. The Chelsea Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leszek Wielopolski should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in CD Municipal's zone, Silvestre Porfiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. George Forsyth came out of the goal and Silvestre Porfiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. CD Municipal had won after a very even match.
