Arkın Öğüç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arkın Öğüç in the 3rd minute of play forced Sport Lisboa e Benfica's goalkeeper Herb Good to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mämmädbağır Svensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean Britton in the 7th minute of play. Arkın Öğüç took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Herb Good. Herb Good dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 14th minute Arkın Öğüç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herb Good saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Arkın Öğüç cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Herb Good was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A sloppy throw-in by Toby Tielemans in the 18th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Garland Noël. Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Lech Kaczucha managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Collin Grimm in the 22 minute of the game. After 23 minutes of play, Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Arkın Öğüç made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Herb Good was left in no man's land by his defense there! 31 minutes into the match, Sport Lisboa e Benfica's goal looked a bit too open when Arkın Öğüç came free, but Herb Good reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sport Lisboa e Benfica's attentive Emilio Hankins managed to snatch the ball when Lech Kaczucha made a throw-in in the 37th minute of the game. When Arkın Öğüç came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arkın Öğüç couldn't finish the play. Arkın Öğüç who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 42ndth minute tested the skills of Herb Good when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Herb Good showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joakim Forss in the 45th minute of the match. Arkın Öğüç could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Herb Good made a huge save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arkın Öğüç to make the kick off. Mämmädbağır Svensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean Britton in the 54th minute of the match. Herb Good made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arkın Öğüç in the 59th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joakim Forss in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Herb Good saved Sport Lisboa e Benfica from getting behind. Jacinto Vela kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. If Joakim Forss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Herb Good showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joakim Forss, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcel Lynn during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Sport Lisboa e Benfica getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Marcel Lynn hit a great ball. Sport Lisboa e Benfica made a substitution. Sam McCain replaced Emilio Hankins. The supporters of Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK booed when Sport Lisboa e Benfica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcel Lynn didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herb Good didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joakim Forss went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 86th match minute, Sport Lisboa e Benfica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcel Lynn to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes into the match, Sport Lisboa e Benfica's goal looked a bit too open when Joakim Forss came free, but Herb Good reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joakim Forss scored 5-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Herb Good, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 93 minutes into the match, Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's goalkeeper Mämmädbağır Svensson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Trey Easley.

For all the effort they put into the match, the Sport Lisboa e Benfica players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK.
