Dumitru Zdrăilă scored 2-3 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ovidio Roland, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Erez Marica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

The A.C. Milan manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Intimos de Reynoso to win.
