Spectators: 527 (Terracing: 396, Seating: 121, VIP seats: 10) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Allan Pettersson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 5 minutes, Klemen Mikuž successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. FC Wingspan's Allan Pettersson got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, FC Wingspan's goal looked a bit too open when Ludvik Anclin came free, but Kristian Modig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Zija Pleteršek in the 16th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Wingspan's Nuno Caires. The crowd rose to their feet as Allan Pettersson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Klemen Mikuž. That made the score 2-0 in the 25 minute of play. Victorio Gabrio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Milky Way booed when FC Wingspan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliviero Ontiveros didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 31 played minutes, Milky Way's Ben Koeling shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kristian Modig came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Milky Way reached it. Klemen Mikuž stood somewhat misplaced when Allan Pettersson came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 34 minute. Ludvik Anclin scored 3-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kristian Modig, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In a very dangerous position, a player in Milky Way fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! Klemen Mikuž had in the 45thth minute some difficulties stopping Allan Pettersson's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Agnaldo Ramalho to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Milky Way's Ludvik Anclin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kristian Modig made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. A collision led to FC Wingspan getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Victorio Gabrio hit a great ball. Allan Pettersson took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Klemen Mikuž. Klemen Mikuž dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernes Flakus got free with Kristian Modig in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Allan Pettersson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Wingspan's Kristian Modig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agnaldo Ramalho in the 72nd minute of play. Allan Pettersson struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Klemen Mikuž didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Wingspan. Milky Way's Armin Gradin was substituted for Sergej Kous. With a little luck, FC Wingspan's Kristian Modig got control of the ball when Agnaldo Ramalho tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 82 played minutes FC Wingspan got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Wassenius. Milky Way made a substitution. Ronald Verbič replaced Agnaldo Ramalho. The supporters of Milky Way booed when FC Wingspan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Wassenius didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jocke Nilsson in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Klemen Mikuž prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 89th minute of the match FC Wingspan got a corner. Milky Way's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nuno Caires ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cristian-Federico Overman was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 92 minutes into the match, FC Wingspan's goalkeeper Kristian Modig had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ernes Flakus. In the 93rd minute, Milky Way's Ronald Verbič ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kristian Modig. Kristian Modig yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-3.

The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Wingspan had won after a very even match.
