Spectators: 509 (Terracing: 382, Seating: 117, VIP seats: 10) Puskas United's Nestor Iratxo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Alvarenga in the 4th minute of play. Nestor Iratxo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zico Zellier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nestor Iratxo came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by GuateFortín's Zico Zellier. But to his dismay, Zico Zellier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Nestor Iratxo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Edvin Jansson in the 16th minute of play. Nestor Iratxo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zico Zellier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goalkeeper Nery Pumpido had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jimmie Stephansson. In the 31st minute, Sven-Edvin Jansson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nestor Iratxo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. If Oliver Gallberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 41st minute Sven-Edvin Jansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Iratxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabio Huezo hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Roberto Trotta's late challenge caught a Puskas United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roberto Trotta helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, GuateFortín's Roberto Trotta got a free kick in the 44th minute. The audience was convinced that Jimmie Stephansson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nery Pumpido was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by GuateFortín's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jonatan Ivarsson was slow to take the kick. During this time Puskas United's players had a chance to rest. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thierry Henry made a kick off. Nery Pumpido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miromir Gecionis in the 51st minute of the match. Nery Pumpido didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miromir Gecionis went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Nestor Iratxo made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Zico Zellier sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th match minute, GuateFortín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Trotta to maneuver through the defense. Jimmie Stephansson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nery Pumpido read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Puskas United's goalkeeper Nestor Iratxo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angel Alvarenga. Nery Pumpido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Godholm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goal looked a bit too open when Andréas Åman came free, but Nery Pumpido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thierry Henry might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nestor Iratxo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thierry Henry ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 68th minute Thierry Henry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Iratxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Puskas United's goal looked a bit too open when Thierry Henry came free, but Nestor Iratxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GuateFortín made a substitution. Ivan Lozano replaced Roberto Trotta. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Puskas United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Angel Alvarenga was slow to take the kick. During this time GuateFortín's players had a chance to rest. The crowd rose to their feet as GuateFortín's Thierry Henry slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nestor Iratxo. That made the score 1-3 after 79 minutes of play. In the 93rd minute, Ivan Björnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 96 played minutes Puskas United got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Björnsson. Nestor Iratxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thierry Henry, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
