In the 16th match minute, All Stars Gent was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ray Van Aarschot to maneuver through the defense. Eser Şemsi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Atanasiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. David Jönsätt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eser Şemsi having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christiaan Elsen in the 23rd minute of play forced AFC Nirosxn 08's goalkeeper Mugurel Slătineanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Laurențiu Todericiu during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Laurențiu Todericiu kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The AFC Nirosxn 08 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. All Stars Gent were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 哥伦布 Tiger to make the kick off. AFC Nirosxn 08's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Jönsätt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of AFC Nirosxn 08 booed when All Stars Gent was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position.
