The throw-in from Gösta Botvidsson in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Monte Hermoso Beach's Mathis Arlot. Aage Hill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mellbystrand IK's Daniel Alrot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Mellbystrand IK from getting a goal against them. Zachariasz Chmielecki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kurt Brogren's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. A sloppy throw-in by Niclas Vesterberg in the 44th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Monte Hermoso Beach's Flavius Marchiș. In the 48th minute, Hector Montrel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Monte Hermoso Beach fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kurt Brogren was the one to do the kick off.
