The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cipriano Sauveur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but 彭树邦 made a huge save. 5 minutes in the game, Jakub Swierczok fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without 彭树邦 having to interfere. In the 7th minute Jakub Swierczok shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 彭树邦 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Emerald's 彭树邦 got control of the ball when Cipriano Sauveur tried to sneak it across the goal line. George Maradona made in the 13th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Emerald's 梅国崇. After a rather tough play, Black horses's Toma Chinkov got a free kick in the 15th minute. Cipriano Sauveur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matei Félix Júnior hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Valdis Felbergs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Vermeşan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valdis Felbergs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Piţurcă, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 30th minute, Victor Piţurcă left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Emerald fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Gabriel Mălaimare made in the 33rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Black horses's Larry Houben. In the 36th minute, George Maradona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cipriano Sauveur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but 彭树邦 made a huge save. After 43 played minutes Emerald got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Mălaimare.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victor Piţurcă made a kick off. Valdis Felbergs made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Victor Piţurcă sent off a good shot on target. Valdis Felbergs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Piţurcă in the 61st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Sauveur in the 63rd minute of play forced Emerald's goalkeeper 彭树邦 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Mălaimare kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Black horses made a substitution. Kristiāns Princāns replaced Andžs Redzobs. Black horses's Atso Joenväärä was substituted for Jakub Swierczok. 69 minutes into the match, Emerald's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Sauveur came free, but 彭树邦 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute Cipriano Sauveur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 彭树邦 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Sauveur in the 74th minute of play forced Emerald's goalkeeper 彭树邦 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 76 minutes of play, Black horses's Cipriano Sauveur made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 彭树邦 was left in no man's land by his defense there! Atso Joenväärä struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. 彭树邦 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Black horses. Gabriel Mălaimare hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, Cipriano Sauveur ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 彭树邦 was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Gabriel Mălaimare hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the game, George Maradona threw the ball into play from the sideline. Emerald's Gabriel Vermeşan quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With his leg Valdis Felbergs managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when Emerald's Victor Piţurcă fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gabriel Vermeşan during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 96 played minutes Emerald got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Vermeşan. Toma Chinkov took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 97th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for 彭树邦. Emerald's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
