A collision led to Racing Matinette getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Yu Le Xi hit a great ball. 5 minutes into the game, Charles Volckaerts threw the ball into play from the sideline. Shuspendemo's Mihail Tihomirov quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 7 minutes into the game, Ivar Axelsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ismael Vellito was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauro Boselli got free with Casper Jans in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Casper Jans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Réda Kolb in the 11th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Réda Kolb took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Casper Jans to make any attempt to save it. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Casper Jans successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 20th minute of the match Shuspendemo got a corner. Racing Matinette's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lucas Rivas ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lucas Rivas made a great header on Shuspendemo's corner, it was just that Racing Matinette's Casper Jans managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Réda Kolb in the 25th minute of play forced Racing Matinette's goalkeeper Casper Jans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Racing Matinette's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Mauro Boselli scored to the left of an out of position Casper Jans, making the score, 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Racing Matinette's zone, Mauro Boselli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casper Jans came out of the goal and Mauro Boselli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Mauro Boselli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Shuspendemo's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauro Boselli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casper Jans breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 38th minute, Enrique Silban got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Casper Jans made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Mauro Boselli sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivar Axelsson in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ismael Vellito saved Shuspendemo from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Shuspendemo's Freddy Erauso got a free kick in the 46th minute. The supporters of Racing Matinette booed when Shuspendemo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Réda Kolb didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Réda Kolb made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquinhos Munhoz in the 51st minute of play forced Shuspendemo's goalkeeper Ismael Vellito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Charles Volckaerts charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Charles Volckaerts the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 54th match minute, Racing Matinette was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charles Volckaerts to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Racing Matinette defense, Gaspar Ihazintu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Casper Jans. The Racing Matinette fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Casper Jans should have stopped the shot. Shuspendemo's Diego Gerber was substituted for Mikolaj Biraga. After 63 played minutes Racing Matinette got a freekick which was hit by Charles Volckaerts. Charles Volckaerts hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute Mauro Boselli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Jans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ismael Vellito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alan Creemers in the 70th minute. After 71 played minutes Racing Matinette got a freekick which was hit by Jens Verheecke. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mauro Boselli in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casper Jans saved Racing Matinette from getting behind. After 80 played minutes Shuspendemo got a freekick which was hit by Brooks Willison. In the 81st minute, Brooks Willison hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute, Yu Le Xi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Casper Jans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Boselli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A nice corner shot did that Lucas Rivas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Casper Jans quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauro Boselli in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Casper Jans prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alan Creemers kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Casper Jans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Boselli, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Racing Matinette's Casper Jans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Boselli in the 93rd minute of play.

Many of Racing Matinette's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Racing Matinette may have spent more time on the ball, but Shuspendemo were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
