With an all-out effort, Deportivo Mukenio's Betinho Moura threw himself towards the right post 20 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aziz Akarsu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Sid Lampard made in the 23rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Torbjørn Trondsen however managed to control. Ismael Gimenez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Ortle in the 24th minute of the match. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ismael Gimenez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aziz Akarsu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Betinho Moura came out and tried to block the shot, but Aziz Akarsu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 25th minute. Deportivo Mukenio's Ola Moland quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 61st minute, Jailson Vander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute, Aziz Akarsu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Mukenio fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Betinho Moura came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Mukenio's Aziz Akarsu. But to his dismay, Aziz Akarsu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 74 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mukenio's Aziz Akarsu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Betinho Moura narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Betinho Moura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aziz Akarsu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aziz Akarsu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Deportivo Mukenio's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
