ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Cristoloveanu in the 5th minute of play. Patrick Armstrong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustin Gagiu in the 6th minute of the match. Emanuel Cristoloveanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Armstrong having to interfere. Traian Răica made an important save on a dangerous shot by Peter Linkhorst in the 11th minute. After a rather tough play, ManagerZone Crew's Adrian Rosario got a free kick in the 14th minute. A collision led to MONDIAL BUCURESTI getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Eusebiu Popete hit a great ball. After 37 played minutes ManagerZone Crew got a freekick which was hit by Thorsten Dietz. After 40 minutes, Peter Linkhorst made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. MONDIAL BUCURESTI's Traian Răica tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Francisc Ciordaș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MONDIAL BUCURESTI made a substitution. Dacian Vuşcan replaced Ion Tărbac.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Peter Linkhorst stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Peter Linkhorst shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Traian Răica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peter Linkhorst in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Traian Răica prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eliodor Chifan hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Traian Răica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Ununger in the 65th minute of play. After 66 minutes, Augustin Gagiu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MONDIAL BUCURESTI and the ManagerZone Crew players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 68 minutes, Emanuel Cristoloveanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MONDIAL BUCURESTI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Cristoloveanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Traian Răica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Linkhorst, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ManagerZone Crew fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when ManagerZone Crew's Peter Linkhorst looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Robert Ununger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Traian Răica tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Traian Răica stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peter Linkhorst's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Emanuel Cristoloveanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Linkhorst in the 89th minute of play forced MONDIAL BUCURESTI's goalkeeper Traian Răica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augustin Gagiu kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the MONDIAL BUCURESTI players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ManagerZone Crew.
