The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Mundo Rosas came free, but Astor Odon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 4th minute, Everardo Milian left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 6 minutes into the match, Industrial United's goal looked a bit too open when Máximo Cozzetti came free, but Samuel De Pablo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute Everardo Milian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel De Pablo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute of the match Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ got a corner. Industrial United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alexandre Santana ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Saulvedis Šūpelis almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Industrial United's Samuel De Pablo did a great save. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Astor Odon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ from getting a goal against them. Mundo Rosas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Astor Odon made a huge save. In the 19th minute Alexandre Santana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel De Pablo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's goalkeeper Astor Odon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francesc Prats. Samuel De Pablo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Santana in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Industrial United's goal looked a bit too open when Everardo Milian came free, but Samuel De Pablo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samuel De Pablo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Máximo Cozzetti in the 33rd minute of the match. The supporters of Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ booed when Industrial United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Gala didn't get a good kick on the ball. Samuel De Pablo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Milian, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 36 minutes into the game, Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Saulvedis Šūpelis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Samuel De Pablo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mundo Rosas made a kick off. 55 minutes in the game, Máximo Cozzetti dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Astor Odon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Gala in the 58th minute of play. Samuel De Pablo came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Everardo Milian. But to his dismay, Everardo Milian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Faustino Montez was substituted for Saulvedis Šūpelis. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Filomeno Mendebal was substituted for Alexandre Santana. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Amadeo Lope was substituted for Franco Jurado. Astor Odon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Dantas in the 77th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 79 minutes, Samuel De Pablo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 83rd minute, Everardo Milian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Samuel De Pablo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Astor Odon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leoncio Serra in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute Máximo Cozzetti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel De Pablo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Astor Odon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mundo Rosas, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute, Filomeno Mendebal made a precise shot to the right of Samuel De Pablo. Industrial United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. The Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
